Transfer stations. Garden waste must be brought to the transfer stations in separate loads to general waste. Recycling is free for most materials and some larger items can be recycled for a fee. The transfer stations don’t accept hazardous waste, medical waste or liquid wastes. Fees are set by Envirowaste who lease and operate the transfer stations.
